What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
The minimum order is 600 meters per trial order. One piece of sample is provided free of charge for approval and will be kept for future mass production inspection, with delivery fees covered by the buyer.

What are the mould terms and refund conditions?
Moulds are available. One profile with an order of 5 tons is eligible for free tooling, or the mold fee will be fully refunded if the profile reaches 5 tons within one year.

What are the lead times for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time is about 15-18 working days (including 7-10 days for tooling creation if necessary). Production lead time is approximately 10-20 working days following order confirmation.

What surface treatments and color options can you provide?
We offer mill finish, anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis, sandblasting, and wooden grain finishes in colors such as silver, black wooden, white, brown, champagne, and custom shades.
