Production Process
- Step 1: Draw the design drawing according to customer hand-drawing, idea, size, etc. by Auto CAD
- Step 2: Cut the zinc steel tube based on the Auto CAD drawing, open the lock and hinge holes by mold
- Step 3: Weld the steel tube to the door and window frame, then polish down the welding lines
- Step 4: Surface powder coating in black, white, or customized colors
- Step 5: Install the specified architectural glass
- Step 6: Packaging: Bubble bag interior lining with protective wood case and steel frame exterior
