Q1 Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Q2 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q3 Do you offer free sample?
We can offer free samples, but freight cost have to be charged.
Q4 How to order? / How to order without design?
You will be requested to send us the design of the windows and doors, we will quote based on the design. If you don't have a design, our engineer will design your windows and doors as per your request, and we will quote after your confirmation of the design.
Q5 What's your delivery time?
Bulk lead time of customized products will be around 30-50days after samples are approved, and deposit has been paid.
Q6 Do you provide after sales and what are your terms of payment?
Yes, we can provide services from sales, manufacture, installation and all the technical support. Our terms of payment are 50% T/T in advance, the balance before shipment.
