The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements, so please provide the following information to help us quote an exact price: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing the window dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type of glass, thickness, and color.
Q: Do you meet AS2047 Standards?
Yes, we meet the AS2047 standard for all our doors and windows. Additionally, we comply with AS2208, UL, and EN standards for glass, as Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are our primary markets.
Q: What is your manufacture time and payment terms?
Our manufacture time is 30~45 days after the deposit and drawing are confirmed. Our standard payment terms are normally 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: Do you accept customized design and size?
Yes, sure. The design and size are entirely customized according to the customer's specific choice.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A 5-year quality warranty is provided, including frame non-fading and non-peeling, with hardware and accessories operating properly under correct use. A 50-year warranty is available for German hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are provided via international courier.
